Knuckl SMS Opt-In

Knuckl offers an optional SMS notification program for job alerts and account updates. Consent to receive SMS messages is never required to create or use a Knuckl account.

How users opt in

Users may opt in to SMS messages through either of the following methods. In both cases the SMS consent checkbox is shown immediately, is unchecked by default, and the user must affirmatively check it to enroll:

  1. In-app phone sign-up at https://knuckl.com/auth?mode=signup&method=phone. Below the phone number field, an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox is displayed with the full disclosure text. Submitting the phone number only triggers a one-time verification code (OTP); SMS marketing/notification enrollment requires separately checking the consent box.
  2. Website waitlist form at https://knuckl.com/waitlist. The optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox is shown on page load alongside the email and phone fields, with the full disclosure text. The form submits successfully whether or not the box is checked.

(Optional) I agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Knuckl about jobs and account updates. Consent is not a condition of using Knuckl. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
